1World Aero's staff is small but dedicated and professional.   All of our pilots are committed to your safety and are subject to strict training and experience requirements, including regular FAA proficiency checks, and DOT mandated drug testing.

Terence Russell:

The company's founder, Terry, has been a full time Washington area flight instructor for over a decade.   1World Aero began as a single airplane flight school  in 2003, and  has since grown to a fleet of five aircraft.  In late 2006, Terry obtained FAA charter certification for the operation.  With over 7500 hours crossing the skies of the Mid-Atlantic region, Terry serves as 1World Aero's chief pilot and captains all of our charter flights.

Christopher Doyle:

By regulation 1World Aero uses a second pilot crew member  for all flights in reduced visibility and low cloud cover.   Chris serves as one of two company copilots.  Like Terry Chris has been a full time area flight instructor for several years, including time as Chief Pilot for ex-Capitol Air at Tipton Airport. 

Frederick Niles:

Rick is second of two copilots.  Also a flight instructor with over 1000 hours flight time, Rick is the proud owner of a Cessna Skyhawk and is known at our airport as the only qualified Gyrocopter pilot on the field.

Please note:

When not performing air taxi flights, all of our pilots may be found providing flight instruction at Tipton airport in 1World Aero's training aircraft.  We do not have administrative staff, therefore please leave a message and we will make every effort to contact you with your quote and confirmation within three hours of your request.
