D I R E C T I O N S

Tipton Airport is conveniently located off of Maryland Rt. 198 and Rt. 32.

1a)    From the Baltimore Washington Parkway:   

Northbound from Washington Beltway -  Exit on Route 198 off ramp.  After Joining Route 198, proceed two and a half miles until arriving at a three way intersection with traffic light.  At the light, turn right onto Airpark Road.      OR...

Southbound from Baltimore or from Columbia - Exit on Route 32 off ramp Eastbound.  After passing the NSA exit on off ramp to Route 198.  Merge into traffic circle and proceed one quarter of the way through circle before exiting right onto overpass.   Cross the overpass and merge into a second traffic circle (airport lies straight ahead), only to exit the circle immediately to the right.  Exiting the second traffic circle, immediately join the left lane.  The left lane ends before a traffic light.  When the light turns, proceed ahead to the left onto Airpark Road.      OR...

1b)    From Route 32 Westbound:   

Exit on Route 198 off ramp to  merges into traffic circle.  Proceed through three quarters of traffic circle to exit onto overpass.  Cross the overpass and merge into a second traffic circle (airport lies straight ahead), only to exit the circle immediately to the right.  Exiting the second traffic circle, immediately join the left lane.  The left lane ends before a traffic light.  When the light turns, proceed ahead to the left onto Airpark Road.

THEN 2)    Once on Airpark Road:         

Airpark Road three way intersects General Aviation Drive.  Turn left onto General Aviation Drive, which is the airport service road  paralleling the runway.  Proceed to the first building on the left, which is the Operations Building serving as our airport terminal.  One of our crew members will meet you there and will escort you to the charter airplane.  Parking outside the Operations Building is free for the duration of your travel.
